Requirements:
• Has at least 2-3 year of previous work experience as a Writer or in content writing-related roles, preferably with excellent storytelling abilities in terms of content creation.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Preferably has a BSc in an English literature or journalism-related field.

2. Building Maintenance Intern
Job Description:
Property Maintenance
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities for the building, mostly electrical.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Safety and Security
• Support the implementation and monitoring of safety and security protocols.
• Assist in emergency response planning and procedures.
• Participate in fire drills and safety inspections.
Others
• Collaborate on sustainability projects, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices.

Requirements:
